Low Cost Apartments

Project for the construction of a new residential complex near the seaside area of Watamu in Kenya. 32 residential units with 4 apartments each, intended to become beach houses for tourists but mostly for local citizens.

The complex includes also shops, two swimming pools and large green common gardens.

Thanks to its simple and essential design and an eco-sustainable construction method that makes use of recycled plastic bricks, this residence could be armoniously inserted in this beautiful natural location.
