The subject of this analysis is a proposed mixed use development consisting of residential units, school and shopping centre to be developed in Juja, Kenya. The developer, plans to sub-divide their 495 residential plots, 8.9 acres of green areas and 12 acres for a school. The objective of this market study is to determine if there is a demand base for the proposed mixed use project by evaluating the factors of demand and supply that would impact the success of the proposed development and its market position.
