Realization of an in view wine cellar for the Michelin “Dopolavoro Dining Room” Restaurant, at the VJ Marriott Hotel in Venice. Its structure take advantage of each centimeter availabe and its minimal design makes the almost 600 bottles as absolute protagonists, becoming a new important focus of the restaurant.
Located inside the Michelin “Dopolavoro Dining Room” Restaurant, at the VJ Marriott Hotel in Venice, this in view wine cellar to store and exhibit wine bottles, take advantage of each centimeter available of the under-stairs space at the entrance. Following the staircase outline, we have been able to obtain a cellar capacity of almost 600 bottles of wine with double glazing and conditioning system that allow a stable internal temperature of 14°C, ideal for wine preservation. Thanks to minimal structure and displays, the shell seems to disappear, making the bottles as absolute protagonists. This wine cellar become perfectly integrated and, at the same time, a new important focus of the restaurant.
